With almost three decades of experience in executive search and selection, Peter is passionately committed to and derives enormous satisfaction from the work he performs on behalf of his clients.
Growing up in Europe and working and developing a career in investor relations provided a perfect backdrop to his eventual decision to not only emigrate to Australia in the late 80’s but also in his decision to develop a differentiated executive search experience.
It was his belief that there was a market for a highly specialised service that could offer in depth knowledge, insight and influence into attracting the very best talent capable of strategically advising and managing the reputational risk management challenges of an increasingly complex and regulated marketplace.
The result speaks for itself in that Salt & Shein has conducted and continues to conduct some of the most sophisticated mapping, analytics and research into the function of corporate and public affairs ever undertaken.
