Originally from New Zealand, Lucy holds a Business Management degree and began her career in consumer brand and marketing roles before transitioning into executive recruitment with Morgan & Banks in 1997. Since then, she has built an exceptional network and earned a reputation for her frank, honest guidance, engaging communication and unwavering commitment to excellence.

With over two decades of recruitment experience, Lucy is known for her ability to consistently match the right person to the right role. Her services are in high demand, and she is a trusted strategic partner to corporate affairs teams nationwide.

Lucy is authentic, insightful, and passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates. She also plays an active role in developing next-generation talent, partnering with Universities to advise students on career pathways and employer ready programs. She was a founding Advisory Board member for the University of Sydney’s Faculty of Social Sciences.
