Peter is a former director of Hamilton James & Bruce. Coming out of recession in 1991, and with his background in investor relations, Peter saw the
opportunity to create a specialised PR & Communications practice.
Educated in England and Europe, Peter began his career in Brussels, Belgium. Working for a European investor relations consultancy, he gained valuable first-hand experience and insight into this developing field before migrating to Australia in 1987, commencing his career in executive search and selection in 1988.
Today, Peter is recognised as one of the leading consultants specialising in the field of strategic corporate and public affairs in Australia. He currently serves on the board of the Australian chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and is a member of IPRA in the UK.
It is his passion for communication that led him to establish Salt & Shein in 2004, which has as its sole purpose, the search and selection of executives in the fields of corporate and public affairs, media and communication.
