Lucy joined Salt & Shein in 2005 and brings to Salt & Shein a depth of
executive recruitment experience, specifically in the area of public affairs,
media and marketing management.
As a senior consultant with leading recruitment firms Lucy has established
a large and diverse portfolio of clients across the corporate and government
sectors.
Born in New Zealand, Lucy completed her degree in
Marketing and worked in a range of consumer brand and marketing management
positions. She moved to Australia in 1997 and commenced her career
in recruitment with Morgan & Banks and has over time established herself as a
highly regarded consultant, directly specialising in the fields of communication
and corporate affairs.
Now with more than 10 years executive recruitment experience Lucy
continues to provide expert advice and a consultative approach to the
recruitment process.
In her spare time Lucy balances her career with her young and active
family!
