Ike is passionate about communications and has been working in communications since the mid 90s, developing strong experience on both the client and consultancy sides, making her ideally positioned to assist clients and candidates alike.
Before joining Salt & Shein to establish our PR Agency service, Ike worked at ABN AMRO for six years in the marketing and communications team. Her responsibilities included internal communications, designing and managing key projects such as the internal reward and recognition program and working towards enhancing the ABN AMRO brand in the Australasian market.
Prior to ABN AMRO she worked as an Account Director at Impact Employee Communications where she was responsible for developing existing and new business, managing projects, designing and implementing complete employee communication programs, new product development and coaching junior team members.
Ike started her career in London, working first as a management consultant dedicated to conducting large change programs. After three years she joined the WPP Group as a brand engagement specialist, where she worked on a wide range of client projects including on-line communication toolkits, employee communication audits, communicator networks, strategy development and more.
Ike was educated in the UK and has a BA from the University of Sydney.
