Fraser joined Salt & Shein from a national executive recruiter where he managed a successful contracting recruitment business specialising in marketing and communications roles within the corporate and government sectors.
With graduate and post graduate degrees in Commerce and Employment Relations, Fraser has a background in financial services marketing and business development roles and manages all the executive leasing and contracting needs of our clients across all sectors.
Fraser has very successfully established the contracting division of the firm specifically responding to our clients’ increasing needs to look at ever more innovative and flexible ways to resource appropriately whilst accessing the significant experience available amongst candidates requiring greater flexibility, fixed term and variable employment options.
